There are two reasons, one was dissatisfaction and the other because they care about the other person’s welfare. The second reason is very much evident in relationships. Why you fought with your mom, wasn’t it because she did not give you permission to freak out? Why did you fight with your friend, wasn’t it because she did something that you had asked not to? Why did you fight with your boyfriend, was it because he did not wish you on your birthday?
In short, most of these fights are out of care and possessiveness. Anger might be harsh words or silence, so how does one deal with it, when confronted? Simple, consider that the intensity of the anger is same as the intensity of how much you are loved. After the fight, don’t think about and try to find out the meaning of the words that were used. It is simple to tell all these, but it takes a lot to implement. To put in simple words, fight like dogs when you know to hug each other like teddy bears after the fight, Anger should strengthen the relationship, and that is when it becomes more beautiful!
