NO is the most controversial word. It can never be classified either as a positive or negative word, since it all depends on the situation. It is one word which has inspired a number of people, and at the same time also discouraged few. But what has all this got to do with my title, am I diverting far too much from the topic?! It happens that people think twice before they tell a no, a simple no. The reason is because we do not want to hurt anybody or want to be in the bad books of anybody. But is this attitude correct? Imagine a situation where you think you are being sexually exploited or do you think your boss is getting you to work too much? Then you need to tell no, there should be no second thoughts.
One has the right to tell no, when one feels his privacy and self esteem are not given importance. The word no when told in the right context is the most correct word! If you misused it, then you need to think twice before using it but not when there is the perfect usage of that word. So, the next time when you tell no in the right context, tell it with your head high!
